SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy
Receptiv is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to manage customer communications — including voice, SMS, and scheduling. SMS messaging on our platform requires explicit end-user consent before any messages are sent. This page describes how consent is collected, what messages are sent, and how recipients can opt out.
All SMS communications are transactional in nature — appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service notifications. Receptiv does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

How SMS Consent Is Obtained
End users provide SMS consent through two workflows on the Receptiv platform: when booking appointments via a business's public booking form, and when a business configures SMS notifications during account setup.

Send appointment reminders and booking confirmations to your customers
When enabled, your customers will see the following consent language during booking: "I agree to receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service notifications via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
SMS notifications require end-user consent. Customers who do not opt in during booking will not receive SMS messages. All messages include STOP/HELP instructions per TCPA and CTIA guidelines.

Opt-Out
How to Stop Receiving Messages
Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all future SMS communications. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance information and contact details.
You may also contact us at admin@relentless.company to opt out of SMS communications.
Opt-out requests are processed immediately. Once you reply STOP, no additional messages will be sent to your number unless you re-consent through a new booking or service interaction.

Receptiv sends only transactional SMS messages on behalf of businesses. The following table describes each message type, with an example and expected frequency.

Privacy & Contact Information
Your phone number and personal information are used solely for the purpose of delivering the transactional SMS messages described above. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for marketing purposes.
