Section 4

SMS/Text Messaging

Receptiv enables businesses to send SMS/text messages to their customers for transactional purposes. This section describes our SMS practices in detail.

Types of Messages

  • Appointment reminders and schedule changes
  • Booking confirmations and cancellation notices
  • Service status updates and notifications
  • Account-related alerts (e.g., new messages)

All SMS messages sent through Receptiv are transactional in nature. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.

Consent

SMS messages are only sent to individuals who have provided explicit, affirmative consent — typically by checking a consent checkbox during the booking or service request process. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment and service activity. You will typically receive messages only in direct response to appointments you've scheduled or service requests you've submitted.

Opting Out

  • Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all future SMS communications. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.
  • Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance information and support contact details.
  • Contact us at admin@relentless.company to request removal from SMS communications.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Receptiv does not charge separately for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Section 5

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf to operate the platform:

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Business Subscribers

If you interact with a business that uses Receptiv (e.g., booking an appointment), your booking details and contact information are shared with that business to fulfill your service request. Each business is responsible for their own use of your data in accordance with their own privacy practices.

Section 6
